Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and hiring to onboarding, ensuring compliance with local legislation including expatriate processes. Lead internal and external recruitment activities while partnering with stakeholders to execute strategies that attract diverse, high-quality data talent across APAC and EU. Own the hiring pipeline end-to-end, translating business needs into compelling job descriptions and providing actionable market insights to guide decision-making. Maintain the ATS system to ensure data accuracy and protect the employer brand.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant discipline
- Around 2–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial or tech/startup environments
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Solid experience applying a variety of interview techniques and assessment methods
