Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for complex, hard-to-fill positions using market research, job boards, social media, and networking events. Establish relationships with potential candidates to build a talent network for future openings and maintain candidate databases within the Applicant Tracking System. Identify future hiring needs, co-develop sourcing strategies, and proactively source potential hires while tracking recruitment metrics. Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and skills, select candidates for shortlists, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with active and passive candidates regarding new opportunities and promote the employer brand. Ensure compliance with company policies and country laws while staying updated on industry trends. Fluency in English and French is required; the role is based in Cornaredo with a hybrid model of four office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment for a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- Proven track record of engaging talent with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Able to work to agreed deadlines and targets
- Experience sourcing and engaging engineering, technical, or operational talent in competitive markets
- Proficiency with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to stay current with recruitment trends and best practices
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Autonomy
- Strong networking abilities
- The role is based on our offices in Cornaredo
- Hybrid working model with a minimum of four days per week in the office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within data centers, industrial, construction, energy, facilities management, engineering, or other technical environments is highly preferred
- Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus
