Job Summary
Run high-volume recruitment for entry-level, back-office, and tech roles by sourcing and screening candidates across job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks. Organize and conduct interviews while collaborating with hiring managers to execute their processes, and work closely with the Ashby ATS to tidy workflows and automate tasks. Create a great candidate experience at every stage and track recruitment metrics like fill rate and time-to-hire to identify improvements. Support employer branding efforts by presenting the company at career fairs and events. Required Qualifications
- Has experience in recruiting, sourcing, or similar roles (1+ year)
- Is comfortable working at a fast pace and managing several searches at once
- Is detail-oriented and genuinely tech-savvy - you pick up new tools quickly (Ashby, Canditech)
- Knows how to search for talent on LinkedIn or other databases and is familiar with ATS
- Is data-minded: comfortable working with recruitment metrics such as fill rate, interview-to-offer rate, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill
- Is results-driven, but a team player first - we've built a strong, collaborative culture and want to keep it that way
- Is fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Is available to work full-time
Desired Qualifications
