Job Summary
Source and screen candidates for client roles, conducting initial phone and video interviews. Manage candidate pipelines in Zoho Recruit, coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, and maintain accurate candidate notes and status updates. Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders while sourcing talent across multiple industries for our client partners. This hourly, non-exempt position offers flexible remote work and potential for ongoing contract work based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using an ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred)
- Experience recruiting for HR, operations, or professional roles
- Contract or agency recruiting experience
