Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist for UK offices (London, Glasgow, Derby, York, or Bristol) on a 6-month fixed-term contract with office/home hybrid work. Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering/infrastructure/technical roles, partner with hiring managers to align workforce planning, develop targeted sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, support employer branding, ensure governance and compliance, and collaborate with HR and project teams to support growth.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within an engineering consultancy, infrastructure or technical environment.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and professional services roles.
- Good understanding of engineering disciplines and the ability to recruit for specialist technical positions.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologies.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work with hiring managers at all levels.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities within a busy environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment systems and applicant tracking systems.
- Have well developed English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have good time management skills and be able to prioritise tasks whilst managing your own workload
