Job Summary
End-to-end recruitment for site-based roles across Zwolle, Olst and Weesp. Works closely with hiring managers and HR to refine needs, writes compelling vacancy texts, and markets vacancies effectively. Actively sources candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks; conducts intake conversations and guides candidates through the process; coordinates and conducts interviews with the business; analyzes assessments and advises on selections; prepares salary offers in collaboration with HR; ideates and implements creative recruitment initiatives for hard-to-fill groups (operators/technicians); acts as primary contact for external agencies and monitors quality and collaboration; tracks recruitment data and reports progress and results. Key emphasis on Dutch and English communication, stakeholder management, and site-based operational recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring in recruitment / talent acquisition (corporate of agency)
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om stakeholders te challengen
- Comfortabel in een dynamische, operationele omgeving (bijv. productie/logistiek)
- Proactief, resultaatgericht en eigenaarschap nemen
- Spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
