Job Summary
Drive full-cycle recruiting for commercial and corporate sales roles across Abbott's UK HQ in Maidenhead, managing intake sessions through offer negotiation using Workday and the Abbott ATS. Execute sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social media, and referral programs to build candidate slates, while ensuring structured competency-based interviews and maintaining accurate reporting. Collaborate with hiring managers, Business HR, and internal stakeholders to resolve hiring issues proactively and support in-division TA projects. Act as a trusted advisor to influence candidates to join Abbott, delivering tangible recruiting results within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Proven commercial recruiting experience
- Strong drive for direct sourcing via tools and networks
- Prior experience within the healthcare/medical devices landscape
- Track record of supporting sales positions
- Experience delivering meaningful candidate slates to hiring managers whilst operating in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Interview and assessment skills to assess candidate's business capabilities, technical background, and key behaviours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build professional relations across all levels of the business, including senior leaders and HR
- Strong work ethic
- Motivation to deliver best in class recruitment
- Ability to ensure candidate and hiring manager satisfaction
- Ability to work autonomously
- Professional, accountable, and collaborative team player
- Must be based in UK HQ in Maidenhead
- Must be available for a temporary basis of c.6 months
- Must be able to follow a structured/competency-based interview process
- Must be able to maintain ATS (Workday) and provide reporting
- Must be able to demonstrate skills in reporting and presenting data using Abbott systems and MS suite
- Must be able to support in-country and in-division TA projects
