Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination for both educational and corporate positions. Partner with department heads to understand staffing requirements, execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, and agencies, and conduct competency-based interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and monitoring recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness. Maintain accurate records in the ATS and HRIS, coordinate assessments and reference checks, and ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law. Support employer branding initiatives and onboarding activities within Jubilant Educational Services, one of Egypt's leading early childhood education organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and selection processes
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Wuzzuf, Indeed, social media recruiting, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent)
- Experience recruiting for both educational and corporate positions
- Experience in high-volume recruitment within education, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or service industries
