Job Summary
Clinical Recruiter role focusing on full-cycle recruitment for Providers (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs) and care-team staff (Clinic Medics, Care Navigators, Nurse Navigators). Drive candidate sourcing and screening, coordination of credentialing/licensing, and collaboration with Medical Directors and Talent Acquisition to define candidate profiles and maintain momentum across clinical searches. Responsible for scheduling, interviews, credentialing coordination, candidate communications, data accuracy in ATS, and maintaining documentation and templates to improve speed and consistency. Requires familiarity with physician-specific job boards and networks (e.g., PracticeLink, NEJM CareerCenter), as well as a strong relationship-driven approach and capability to work with AI-enabled sourcing tools to accelerate pipeline velocity within a mission-driven healthcare organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience recruiting clinical healthcare professionals
- Experience placing Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or allied health roles in healthcare/digital health
- Familiarity with clinical licensing and credentialing
- Experience using Workable, Rippling, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms
- Ability to own clinical requisitions and candidate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple searches
- Willingness to leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
