Job Summary
Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on clinical recruiting for Charlie Health. Primary responsibilities include proactive sourcing of clinical candidates using diverse channels (cold calling, job boards, research, social media, referrals), managing ATS and postings, screening and scheduling interviews, collaborating with leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements, and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of qualified clinicians to support growth. Requires 3-6+ years of experience, work authorization in the United States, native or bilingual English proficiency, ability to source via social platforms, strong relationship-building, and solid candidate-management and project-management skills. This role is full-time and remote within the United States, with compensation in the base pay range of $66,000 to $77,000 per year depending on location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Work authorized in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
- Ability to utilize social media platforms to source top talent
- Experience managing an ATS and internal job postings
- Experience conducting candidate screenings and scheduling interviews
- Ability to work with leadership and hiring managers to understand requirements
- Ability to develop and maintain candidate relationships and a strong pipeline
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across levels
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced, fluid environment
