Job Summary
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to build a high-volume pipeline of candidates for existing and anticipated roles. Manage job postings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and university boards while creating external brand visibility in the local talent pool. Execute the full on-boarding process by verifying employment eligibility, processing background checks, and ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed before issuance of an employee ID. Track open positions, report key metrics, and maintain accurate personnel files for internal transfers and new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the human resources field
- recruiting/sourcing experience
- home care experience preferred but not required
- Highschool diploma
- valid California ID or Driver's License
