Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle recruiting from requisition to first day of hire for a multi-site organization. Develop candidate pipelines through research, sourcing, cold calling, networking, and online job postings. Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, screen applicants, and manage advertising across digital, networking, and college databases. Attend job fairs and assist with offer letters, onboarding documents, and HRIS administration. Submit weekly and monthly reports on open positions and recruiting efforts to program and executive leadership. Manage HR projects and respond to compliance inquiries while maintaining OFCCP standards. Travel to support programs in Washington DC, Prince George's County, and Baltimore City.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of recruiting experience or equivalent combination
- Advanced knowledge of various employment laws and practices as it pertains to recruitment
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Self-starter
- Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate with leaders and the HR Team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS platforms
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Valid Driver's License
- Access to a car
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Paycom
- A SHRM/HRCI Human Resources/Talent Management Certification
