Job Summary
Source applicants to match hiring requirements, create job descriptions, and plan interview procedures including screening calls and assessments. Collaborate with agencies, recruiters, and hiring managers to schedule interviews, extend offers, and negotiate compensation. Build relationships with candidates and associations while ensuring a positive experience through timely follow-up. Manage the applicant tracking system, update records, and support onboarding by coordinating paperwork. Travel up to 10% and lift 25 pounds as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement
- At least three (3) years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with online job boards to post open positions and source candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Able and willing to travel
- Travel up to 10%
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
