Job Summary
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from intake through offer, delivering qualified candidates on business timelines. Build sourcing strategies to reach active and passive candidates, then screen and phone-interview applicants to advance only those aligned with hiring focus and values. Drive interview processes to clear, timely decisions while partnering with hiring managers and VP-level stakeholders on offers. Support learning and development facilitation through Brkthru University, coordinate the internship program, and represent the company at career fairs and community events. Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records and pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
- Phone screening and interviewing skills
- Partnering with hiring managers and VP-level stakeholders
- Maintaining candidate records and pipelines compliant with federal, state, and local employment law
- Operating with ownership and urgency
- Proactive communication with senior stakeholders
- Enjoying variety in day-to-day work
