Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment lifecycle in Greece and Cyprus for frontline and support staff. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing with operational leaders and HRBPs, maintaining candidate experience, managing the candidate pipeline and database (Workday), posting and tracking requisitions, generating recruitment reports, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor law, and collaborating on workforce planning and internal mobility. Requires experience in high-volume recruitment, proficiency with Workday/ATS, strong organizational skills, and bilingual Greek/English capability. Location based in Athens/Metamorfosi, Greece with potential travel within Greece.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a generalist HR role with a significant exposure to recruitment.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in services, security or similar operational environments.
- Knowledge of sourcing methods, candidate assessments, and recruitment best practices.
- Experience in using recruitment databases, ATS such as Workday is preferred.
- Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken).
