Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a rapidly growing law firm. Responsibilities include sourcing, engaging, and hiring across departments; partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies; creating and posting advertisements across platforms; conducting phone screens and interviews; coordinating interviews and offers; delivering a positive candidate experience; promoting employer branding; building and maintaining talent pipelines; maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS; tracking recruiting metrics; ensuring compliance with employment laws; improving recruiting workflows; collaborating with leadership on hiring priorities; supporting onboarding. Required skills include full-cycle recruiting, candidate assessment, effective communication, relationship-building with candidates and leadership, ATS proficiency, and knowledge of recruiting best practices. Preferred qualifications include experience in legal, professional services, healthcare, or corporate environments, familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed/Workable, and a Bachelors degree in a related field; bilingualism in English and Spanish is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience
  • Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates across various professional levels
  • Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluating qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workable, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations with ongoing hiring needs
  • Familiarity with employer branding, talent marketing, and passive candidate sourcing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
