Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple functions and regions. Hands-on recruitment role managing end-to-end processes, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach, building strong talent pipelines, conducting talent mapping and market research, coordinating interview processes, maintaining candidate records in the ATS, and driving hiring initiatives and employer branding with cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, and Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate functions.
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution.
- Comfortable operating in an environment with evolving priorities and ambitious hiring goals.
- Demonstrates ownership, resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth organizations is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional language capabilities such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese are an advantage.
