Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple functions and regions at BJAK. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for roles across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, and other business-critical teams; partnering with hiring managers; sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach; building talent pipelines; conducting talent mapping and market research; coordinating interview processes; maintaining ATS records; and contributing to recruitment process improvements and employer branding. The position requires 2–5 years of TA/Recruitment experience, strong sourcing and interview skills, excellent stakeholder management, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or related field
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions (Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate functions)
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution
- Comfortable operating in evolving priorities and ambitious hiring goals
- Ownership, resilience, adaptability, and proactive mindset
- Experience in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth organizations preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese are an advantage
