Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
Interview applicants, gather candidate information, and coordinate follow-up interviews with supervisors while conducting pre-employment checks. Partner with department supervisors and sales leadership to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage full-cycle activities for sales roles including sourcing and offer facilitation. Develop sources of qualified applicants, travel to job fairs, and represent the company to potential candidates, potentially requiring overnight travel. Make recommendations for improving employment procedures and utilize software programs to increase recruitment efficiency. Support internal talent mobility and administer the tuition reimbursement program.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to effectively utilize (writing, speaking, reading) the English language.
- Requires education as is generally acquired in four (4) years of college with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; and/or four (4) years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans.
- Ability to operate a computer & a variety of standard office equipment.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and recruitment priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing high volumes of work.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and recruitment priorities.
- Non-sales job postings are limited to residents in the states of Wisconsin and Arizona only.
