Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruitment across multiple Illinois offices, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing via job boards/social media, coordinating interviews and offers, ensuring compliance with EEO/affirmative action, building talent pipelines, collaborating with staffing agencies, and supporting employer branding and recruitment metrics. Requires Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment, and travel to regional office locations. Provides detailed duties from sourcing and screening to onboarding, with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience and compliant hiring practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Behavior Sciences
- 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Ability to travel to Baxter & Woodman�s regional office locations required (own transportation)
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
