Job Summary
Design recruitment strategies, analyze performance data, and elevate talent attraction initiatives by developing targeted marketing and optimizing channels like referrals and job boards. Facilitate feedback analysis to drive process improvements, build stakeholder partnerships with hiring managers, and oversee priority programs including the Talent Intelligence Platform Launch. Source and synthesize recruitment data to identify trends, produce regular reports on workforce analytics, and safeguard brand consistency across all touchpoints. Test, learn, and iterate to reduce time-to-fill and raise quality of hire while scaling successful approaches across teams and markets.
Required Qualifications
- Talent Acquisition Experience within Multinational Companies
- Relationship-building and influencing skills
- Planning, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- IT skills, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, and reports, having the ability to generate significant management data
Desired Qualifications
- Holds post graduate masters, diploma or international certification in the field of HR
- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience
- Experience is a plus
- Knowledge of recruitment systems and ATS tools
- Understanding of labor market trends and hiring challenges
- Data analysis and recruitment reporting
- Knowledge of hiring policies and compliance requirements
