Job Summary
Lead recruitment strategy for Asian Heart Institute, develop a 12-month recruitment plan aligned with staffing needs for medical and non-medical roles, and drive hiring outcomes. Attract A-Player candidates through targeted campaigns, social media, and school/association partnerships. Improve metrics such as candidate-to-hire conversion and time-to-fill for various roles, collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding, implement a robust talent assessment framework including competency-based interviews, practical assessments, and reference checks, and own end-to-end sourcing pipelines. Demonstrate ownership, high standards, results delivery, teamwork, growth mindset, and exceptional communication and analytical skills to build a premier recruitment function within a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- MBA with HR specialization preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with talent acquisition
- Healthcare or Hospital Industry background preferred
