Job Summary
Proactively source candidates, build and maintain talent pipelines, and manage full-cycle recruitment across operational and administrative roles. Own onboarding handoffs, configure Greenhouse ATS workflows, and lead AI integration initiatives to enhance sourcing and communication efficiency. Maintain compliance with employment laws, manage affirmative action plans, and report on recruiting metrics to drive workforce planning. This hybrid role requires a proactive mindset to keep searches moving while ensuring excellent candidate experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in similar role w/recruiting and pipeline development experience
- HR Certification required (either through SHRM or HRCI)
- Experience as system administrator and expert user of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and compliance requirements including those related to Federal Contractors and Affirmative Action Plans (AAP)
- Experience using various AI platforms to scale HR processes to provide better customer and candidate experience along with improving efficiencies
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc)
- Solid working knowledge of federal and state employment law as it applies to recruitment and hiring (e.g., EEO, ADA, FCRA, work authorization/immigration, and OFCCP/Affirmative Action obligations)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other proactive sourcing channels and tools (professional networks and candidate databases)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Desired Qualifications
- Greenhouse preferred
- Willingness to obtain HR Certification in 12-18 months
