Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as trusted advisors to hiring managers, owning full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers, driving staffing priorities, and shaping talent strategies. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, leading weekly meetings, partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, negotiating external recruiting resources, developing sourcing initiatives (direct recruiting, career fairs, digital sourcing), and contributing to talent pipelines. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree, relevant recruiting/HR experience (4+ years for Specialist; 7+ years for Senior), proficiency with common software, strong communication and active listening, industry insight from renewables/construction preferred, and ability to travel up to 25%. Required Qualifications
