Job Summary
Partner with facility and plant leadership to assess hiring needs and execute short- and long-term strategies for manufacturing positions. Lead the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding, while optimizing processes to improve efficiency. Coordinate job fairs, utilize social media and educational outlets to attract talent, and collaborate with the VP of HR to align national search strategies. Develop and maintain a 90-Day Recruiting Plan, track key metrics in iCIMS, and partner with HR to coordinate new hire benefits. Achieve hiring goals through data-driven insights and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to orientation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting of hourly (non-exempt) manufacturing employees
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Prior experience in high volume recruiting in beef, protein, or food manufacturing
- Current knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Previous experience using iCIMS applicant tracking system
- Ability to work flexible hours, travel to other company locations and recruiting events
- Overnight travel is expected
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, preferred
- Bi-lingual preferred
