Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers and operational leadership to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for hourly and salary manufacturing positions. Actively lead the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, pre-employment screening, and onboarding. Drive process best practices to optimize efficiency and coordinate job fairs and college partnerships to attract talent. Lead data and reporting efforts by tracking key metrics and maintaining recruiting reports on production staffing and interview progress. Utilize the iCIMS applicant tracking system to manage job postings and candidate data while collaborating with the VP of HR on national search strategies. Serve as a company advocate to build rapport with agencies and colleges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting of hourly (non-exempt) manufacturing employees
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Prior experience in high volume recruiting in beef, protein, or food manufacturing
- Current knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Previous experience using iCIMS applicant tracking system
- Ability to work flexible hours, travel to other company locations and recruiting events
- Overnight travel is expected
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, preferred
- Bi-lingual preferred
