Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Pediatric Medicaid Division in Rochelle Park, NJ. The role focuses on recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the pediatric home care program. Responsibilities include managing job postings across platforms, developing community partnerships with nursing schools and organizations, coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure NJ Medicaid compliance and Affirmed Home Care standards, and achieving hiring targets (minimum five fully cleared nurses onboarded weekly). Requires Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), at least two years of homecare recruiting experience (RN/LPN focus), strong sourcing/social recruiting skills, ATS experience, and US work authorization. In-office, full-time position in Rochelle Park, New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of homecare recruiting experience, specifically recruiting RNs and LPNs
- Pediatric or Medicaid recruiting experience preferred
- Strong sourcing and social recruiting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
