Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing sourcing and recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding), and maintaining candidate data in the ATS/HRIS. The role includes tracking recruitment metrics and KPIs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, delivering training and guidance on recruitment practices, and managing internship recruitment in collaboration with program leadership. Requires experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews through multiple methods, and successful onboarding, with strong communication, initiative, and independent judgment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite and database systems
- Proven success in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in hiring
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel when required
