Job Summary
Execute the hiring process by advertising, conducting interviews, managing approvals, and submitting offer letters while building a strong talent pipeline through networking and volunteer program management. Develop job descriptions, maintain the applicant tracking system, and analyze data to identify business needs and recommend new recruitment approaches. Support volunteer and fellowship programming by planning events and managing appreciation activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws and records retention policies. Partner with management to align salary ranges and benefits with market data, and assist with credentialing and background checks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Work, Psychology or related field
- 3 years of experience with recruiting, volunteer management, and community engagement
Desired Qualifications
- Certified volunteer administrator preferred
