Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to support multiple companies managed by Enterprise Management; develops and maintains recruitment pipelines for clinical, administrative, and service roles; collaborates with department heads and HR staff to ensure timely, compliant hires; conducts phone screens, assessments, interviews, offers/contracts, onboarding, background checks, and alignment with payroll and HR systems; supports high-volume recruitment in healthcare and behavioral health settings; remote position based in the Philippines with a focus on coordinating staffing across contracted entities.
Required Qualifications
- SHRM certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
