Job Summary
Conduct recruitment activities for all open roles across the corporate group and construction projects in Canada, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting screens, and interviewing candidates. Identify strategies and sourcing channels to build a pipeline of candidates, establish professional online connections, and prospect talent through your network. Consult with hiring managers on labour market updates, candidate availability, and recruitment risks, while assisting in job description development and guiding candidates through the onboarding process. Use recruitment data to gain insights into trends and drive process improvements, fostering an inclusive culture that promotes equity and diverse perspectives.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience
- at least 2 years leading recruitment efforts
- Exceptional organization and emerging project management skills
- proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate work experience working within a complex and matrixed organization
- Experience within the North American job market
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to clearly communicate with various audiences, stakeholders, and end users
- ability to make recommendations and influence outcomes
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative self-starter

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

Desired Qualifications
