Job Summary
Full-cycle talent acquisition for healthcare roles on a 1099 project basis. Deliver sourcing, screening, and interview coordination across assigned markets, maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill clinical positions (e.g., NPs, PAs, Physicians), and collaborate with hiring managers while operating autonomously as an independent contractor. Utilize sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, ATS access) to identify top talent, maintain accurate candidate records, and provide a steady flow of qualified candidates for open requisitions. Fully remote opportunity with flexible schedule and a ~3-month project engagement with potential extension or conversion based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare recruitment experience is required
- 1–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare
- Experience recruiting for clinical positions such as Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Physicians, Nurses, Medical Assistants, or related healthcare roles strongly preferred
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement experience
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
- Must be able to operate successfully as an independent contractor with minimal supervision, managing own time, tools, and business operations.
