Job Summary
Document job opening requirements and partner with hiring managers to determine appropriate sourcing activities. Utilize job boards and networking sites to identify high-quality talent matching department needs, while maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Execute recommended sourcing strategies using priority channels, mine internal and external databases, and maintain candidate data in the Recruiting Management System. Adhere to defined SLAs, performance targets, and delivery timelines, providing periodic reports on team activity. This role requires 3-5 years of sourcing experience in IT Technology roles for large IT Services companies and involves working independently with minimal guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical and business functional acumen in understanding of job Specifications in business domain like IT, Functional, professional etc.
- Experience in contract elaboration for professional services, IT (hardware/software), etc.
- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing for IT Technology roles for large IT Services companies
- Experience with sourcing program enablement
- Project management experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree required
- Attendance and schedule adherence

- Hands on experience in using MS Office/AI tools
