Job Summary
Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Specialist who will source and reach out to top talent weekly, maintain a warm pipeline for future roles, understand each role deeply with hiring leaders, convert sourced candidates into hires, contribute to sourcing strategy and AI tool development, attend networking events, and occasionally handle full-cycle recruiting. Must be a natural connector, resilient, resourceful, curious about people, AI-forward, and able to manage outreach and candidate engagement at pace. Bonus points for ATS experience and prior SaaS recruiting. Location: Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. Full-time role with on-site work.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of recruiting experience
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with an ATS (Lever or other)
- Background in agency or in-house recruiting at a SaaS company (bonus)
