Conduct comprehensive job market research to identify and engage potential candidates for open roles across the organization. Execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other databases to build candidate pipelines. Screen resumes and coordinate initial interviews with hiring managers to assess fit. Maintain a robust talent pool and update tracking systems with candidate status and communication history. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team in driving efficient hiring cycles and filling critical positions within the company.
