Job Summary
Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and geographies, with a focus on the DACH region. Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and networking to build and maintain robust talent pipelines. Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking to support hiring strategy, while performing initial candidate screenings via CV review and phone interviews to assess skills and cultural fit. Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, acting as a trusted advisor by sharing data-driven insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks. Partner closely with stakeholders to understand role requirements and timelines, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement
- Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct effective screenings
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English
