Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcer to join Solventum's dynamic talent acquisition team, responsible for sourcing and engaging top-tier IT talent, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs, and utilizing various sourcing techniques. The role requires strong organizational skills, advanced sourcing capabilities, and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of IT talent sourcing experience
- High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of IT talent sourcing experience
- Five (5) years of combined IT sourcing experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO for US roles
- Advanced English level proficiency – Native/C1 (Advanced)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Workday for recruiting/sourcing
- Experience as an IT Talent Sourcer in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience using sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage passive IT candidates
- Advanced experience with Boolean search strings and other search methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Recruiting CRMs and other HR software
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion
