Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Sourcer role focused on proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent to build active and evergreen candidate pipelines that feed open and anticipated requisitions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining pipelines for assigned requisitions, conducting initial screening via email and phone to assess qualifications and fit, developing evergreen talent pools across North America, moving qualified candidates into the TA Coordinator workflow, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities. Must leverage sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, social media, employee referrals, and the ATS, plus analyze labor-market data to inform strategy. Strong emphasis on research, outreach, relationship-building, candidate experience, and compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Fluency in English and Spanish and experience in manufacturing/technical-skilled trades are preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree commonly expected. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent research experience
- Sourcing experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or other technical/skilled-trades sectors
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
