Job Summary
Source and attract qualified candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines by developing targeted sourcing strategies and conducting initial phone screenings. Build and maintain talent pipelines using professional networks and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and SeekOut while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand priorities. Support recruiting events, campaigns, and career fairs, then maintain accurate records within applicant tracking and CRM systems. Leverage market intelligence to provide recruiting insights and recommendations for high-volume federal hiring initiatives. This six-month contract requires U.S. citizenship and experience sourcing passive candidates, including those needing security clearances, within engineering, defense, or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, or similar platforms
- Experience sourcing talent across engineering, technical, business, operations, supply chain, or related disciplines
- Experience sourcing candidates requiring security clearances
- Strong candidate engagement and screening skills
- U.S. Citizenship Required

- Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments
- Previous recruiting or sourcing experience within the aerospace and defense industry
