Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Senior Associate at a global asset management firm responsible for owning the full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires, including direct sourcing and evergreen pipelines for Operations, Finance, and Accounting. Partners with hiring managers to define search strategies, drives data-driven decisions with KPIs, and collaborates with Recruiting Coordinators on logistics. Supports process improvements with tools like Greenhouse/Workday, manages external search firm relationships, and ensures a high-touch candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting; experience in asset management or financial services strongly preferred
- Proven track record in experienced hire recruiting
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a team
- Experience with direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) and managing external search firms
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on data integrity and recruiting KPIs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proactive mindset and ownership of results
- Experience in asset management or financial services preferred
- Proficiency in Greenhouse and/or Workday Recruiting is a plus
