Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Representative role (FTC) responsible for staffing the Fleet Operations warehouses across multiple countries (UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and more). Own end-to-end recruitment from partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to sourcing, candidate communication, and delivering a stellar candidate experience. Collaborate with the wider People & Culture function to strengthen recruitment practices, build diversified pipelines, and support a fast-paced, international environment. Requires several years of end-to-end volume recruitment experience, especially in warehouse/blue-collar roles, strong stakeholder management, proficiency with sourcing techniques, and familiarity with LinkedIn and Teamtailor; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; fluent English. Location is London, United Kingdom with a hybrid remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in end-to-end volume recruitment
- experience with warehouse or blue-collar roles
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- experience with sourcing techniques and talent pipelines
- knowledge of recruitment platforms and systems (LinkedIn, Teamtailor)
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- fluency in English
