Job Summary
Full-cycle Talent Acquisition Recruiter supporting staff and faculty hiring across assigned departments or campus locations in Texas State Technical College (TSTC). Manages posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and delivering offers. Partners with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to meet staffing needs, maintain candidate records in Workday, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Participates in job fairs and outreach across the state; sources through LinkedIn, Indeed, and local networks; represents TSTC professionally at events; collaborates with HR for internal transfers and onboarding communications; ensures compliance with hiring guidelines and inclusive practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field
- Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience using applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Workday preferred
- Willingness to travel for events or on-campus meetings
