Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will lead efforts in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for semiconductor manufacturing teams. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, support hiring managers, and enhance the candidate experience. The role requires strong technical recruiting skills, the ability to source candidates effectively, and a proactive approach in managing high-volume requisitions. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting are essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume corporate or staffing agency environment.
- Experience recruiting hourly pay rates, technicians, and high-volume positions.
- Advanced knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capability.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.
