Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Temporary)

Job Summary

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting pre-employment activities. Support surge hiring efforts across multiple federal government contracts and internal corporate positions while partnering with leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies. Recruit for clinical, healthcare, technical, engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, and professional labor categories using LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS ATS, and job boards. Conduct candidate phone screens, maintain proactive pipelines, and ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and federal contracting requirements. Prepare employment offers, coordinate interviews, and represent PSI at recruiting events and career fairs as needed. This temporary role requires three years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting federal government contracts and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three (3)+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting federal government contracts
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for one or more of the following: DoD, DHA, VA, DHS, civilian federal agencies, or other government contracting environments
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring deadlines
  • Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and passive recruiting techniques
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and executive leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs
  • Occasional travel

Desired Qualifications

  • Extensive experience utilizing iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience supporting proposal recruiting, incumbent captures, and transition staffing
  • Experience recruiting clinical, healthcare, IT, engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, and professional services personnel
  • Experience supporting Service Contract Act (SCA), exempt, and non-exempt recruiting
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, affirmative action, and federal contractor compliance requirements
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean sourcing techniques
  • Experience supporting nationwide recruiting across multiple states and customer programs
