Talent Acquisition Recruiter to source, screen resumes, and interview candidates; draft employment ads and determine external sources; develop and implement sourcing strategies such as campaigns, job fairs, and school programs; analyze recruitment metrics for management reporting; coordinate onboarding, maintain confidential documents and employee files; support full-time operations with a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Technically savvy with demonstrated knowledge of ATS and Excel
- Ability to interpret metrics and make recommendations
