Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and drafting employment ads. Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies (e.g., advertising campaigns, job fairs, school programs); analyze recruitment metrics and reporting to management; coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain confidential employee files. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience, plus willingness to travel in Minnesota to support business operations. This role offers full-time compensation and benefits within a mission-driven environmental at Sevita’s REM Community Services division.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Technically savvy with demonstrated knowledge of best practices with social media, applicant tracking systems, and Excel
- Strong commitment to the company’s mission and values
