Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Recruiter focused on onsite Pharmacy and Fulfillment Center teams in Gilbert/Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for fulfillment, logistics, and high-volume operations; partnering with Fulfillment Center supervisors and Pharmacy leads; building diverse pipelines in the Gilbert/Mesa area through networking and partnerships; optimizing hiring workflows and time-to-hire; maintaining data integrity in the ATS; organizing local hiring events and employing AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency. Must have 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, proficiency with ATS (Ashby/Greenhouse/Workday) and sourcing tools, and be able to work on-site in a hybrid capacity at the Gilbert/Mesa facility. Also preferred are experience in Pharmacy/Healthcare/Fulfillment/Manufacturing/Retail/Logistics and a candidate-obsessed mindset. Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- experience recruiting for fast-paced/high-volume requisitions
- proficiency with ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases)
- ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity weekly at Gilbert/Mesa facility
- industry background preferred in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics
- strong candidate experience focus and organizational skills
- data-driven hiring with ATS updates and metrics
- ability to collaborate with facility supervisors and managers
