Job Summary
Sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and drafting employment ads to build qualified and diverse applicant pools for New England and East Coast locations. Develop and implement sourcing strategies including advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school programs while analyzing recruitment and retention results for management reporting. Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicant documentation. Travel as needed to plan and host hiring events and meet with communities to promote career opportunities. This role supports NeuroRestorative's mission to provide rehabilitation services for people with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries across the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience insourcing, recruiting, hiring and HR generalist responsibilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with others
- Technically savvy with demonstrated knowledge of best practices with social media, applicant tracking systems, and Excel
- Strong commitment to the company's mission and values
- Ability to interpret metrics and make appropriate recommendations
- Self-discipline to manage remote work environment
- Ability and willingness to meet hiring and employment retention goals
- Travel is required to visit our programs and host hiring events
