Job Summary
Full cycle recruiting role supporting hiring across multiple functions including field service and sales; responsibilities include building relationships with hiring managers, maintaining the ADP Recruitment Module, sourcing via job boards such as Indeed and ADP, conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews, and developing creative sourcing strategies; travel up to 10% and collaboration with schools and job fairs to build pipelines of talent; requires high-volume recruiting experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of high volume recruiting experience
- 3-4+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a plus
- Ability to conduct Boolean searches
- Experience with ATS and job boards
- Strong interviewing skills (phone, video, in-person)
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
