Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Career and Technical Education responsible for collaborating to design and execute targeted local, regional, and national recruitment strategies aligned to high-demand CTE program areas; sourcing industry professionals for mid-career transitions; building relationships with trade organizations and workforce development agencies to broaden the candidate pipeline; conducting technical screening focused on industry-recognized certifications (e.g., ASE, NCCER, CCNA) for instructional eligibility; partnering with CTE leadership to align recruitment efforts with CTE Local Application goals; representing the district at industry job fairs and conferences; maintaining measurable applicant flow and conversion metrics; managing onboarding communications and candidate experience; and developing branding strategies to attract industry professionals into education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the public education sector required
- Experience in recruiting for CTE, STEM, skilled trades, or industry-certified roles preferred
